Michelle Wang, Owner & Groomer
Michelle Wang
Owner & Groomer

Michelle grew up around animals. Her father was a professional, championship Labrador breeder, and also a bird lover and goldfish hobbyist with a particular soft spot for exotics and bettas. Michelle grew up helping him breed the dogs, and became obsessed with dogs from a young age — animals weren't a hobby in her family, they were a way of life.

She once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. Instead, she found her calling running It's A Pet's World — especially the chance to work with the hard-to-find exotic animals most pet stores don't carry. She also personally handles many of the shop's grooming appointments, including the harder jobs, like long-haired cats, that other groomers turn away.
